Beauty Boost From Within: These Products Get Your Skin, Hair and Nails to Glow
A beautiful glow, shiny hair, strong nails... all thanks to a cure with natural products to take. We explain how it works!
Beautiful skin and great hair not only make us smile when we look in the mirror, but also have a significant influence on how we feel, our self-confidence and how we go through the day. However, the beauty of skin and hair does not only depend on what products we use or how well we take care of them. Their appearance benefits from a healthy diet and depends on an optimal supply with the right nutrients, such as vitamins and minerals. Or to put it in other words: beauty does indeed come from within!
If you want to give your skin a beauty boost from the inside every now and then, you can do so quite simply with a cure. Three completely natural products are particularly suitable for this: healing clay, silica and linseed oil. All three products contain special nutrients that are good for the skin, hair and nails.
Healing clay
Healing clay is known for its many uses, especially for external use, for example as a component of face masks. But the natural product is also ideal for ingestion. In simple terms, healing clay is a very special rock powder that contains many valuable minerals and trace elements - from potassium, calcium and magnesium to selenium and zinc, to name but a few. It is precisely these minerals and trace elements contained in healing clay that make it the perfect product for a beauty cure.
Here's how it works: Simply dissolve a teaspoon of fine healing clay in a little water every morning for several weeks and drink it on an empty stomach. Healing clay is not delicious, but the effect it has on skin, hair and nails is definitely worth it.
Silica gel
What was controversial for a long time is now also confirmed by studies: taking silicic acid gel over a longer period of time is said to have a positive effect on the hair and the skin. The absolute beauty booster ingredient here is the silicon it contains. You may be wondering why silicic acid gel and not silica. Silicic acid in gel form has the advantage over siliceous earth powder that it is much easier for the body to absorb, and optimal absorption naturally leads to better results.
Once a day, mix one measuring spoon of the gel with water and drink it, preferably in the morning before breakfast. More detailed instructions can always be found on the package or package leaflet.
Linseed oil
The third position in the list of natural beauty boost products goes to linseed oil. Besides vitamins (such as vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, C, D, E and K), linseed oil also contains trace elements (iron, zinc, iodine and copper) and electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium) as well as omega-3 fatty acids. In addition, linseed oil contains antioxidants that protect the skin from external influences and free radicals.
The linseed oil obtained from flax (a cultivated plant) has a golden colour and a slightly nutty taste. It can either be taken pure (simply take a tablespoon of linseed oil once a day) or mixed with yoghurt in the morning. The time of the day is not necessarily important, but the consistency is. Cures work best if you make taking linseed oil a fixed ritual at a certain time of day - this way it becomes a routine and is less likely to be forgotten. It is also particularly important to pay attention to the quality of the linseed oil. The oil should be cold-pressed, unfiltered and ideally organic.
This is generally true for all cures:
The natural products should be of high quality so that they are rich in valuable minerals, vitamins and trace elements and can optimally unfold their effect on skin, hair and nails. Choose one cure, do not do several at once. In addition, a cure should always be limited to a foreseeable period of time, such as four to six weeks, and can then be repeated, for example, two or three times during the course of the year. Even if the products are natural, long-term use should always be discussed with a doctor.
