creative periods: a photo shoot via the computer screen

The Austrian star photographer Wolfgang Zac uses the current restrictions to create a new digital concept for photography: SCREEN SHOOT© - a photo shoot via the computer screen

Together with his wife and creative partner Claudia Delpin, Wolfgang Zac launched his first SCREEN SHOOT© this week. The lighting and background were provided by the models, while styling and outfit were discussed by phone. Via video call he gave instructions to his models and photographed them at the best moment in front of his computer. The new concept combines technology with human passion and shows that isolation can be used as a creative force to develop something new.

"I wanted to create something new with the means that are now only available to me - something that reflects the moment in which we are all trapped"

The first orders for SCREEN SHOOTS© are already following: European labels as well as American advertising agencies have become aware of the Austrian's extraordinary concept and are already booking campaigns with him. His creative idea also inspired other photo artists to create new works in these challenging times

The successful photographer and director grew up in Styria and now commutes regularly between his studios in L.A. and Berlin.
