Restaurant DaRose: A Culinary Presentation With A Modern Feel-Good Factor
A very special restaurant has been located in Vienna's Nordbahnviertel since 2021. DaRose combines Mediterranean and Asian cuisine with a pinch of Austrian in a modern and cosy setting. The L'Officiel Austria team was recently invited for an evening to try out the novelties of their haute cuisine.
DaRose Vienna opened in 2021 and is establishing itself more and more as a fixture on the Viennese gastronomy scene. Dishes at bonnet level with portions that fill - A culinary performance with a modern feel-good ambience is guaranteed here.
The restaurant of the Alaba siblings
DaRose Vienna is located in Vienna's 2nd district in the new Nordbahnviertel, where modern architecture meets the Gründerzeit style. The restaurant is located at the beginning of the newly developed quarter at the so-called Austria Campus and fits in perfectly with its modern but cosy style. The name DaRose has an obvious reason, as it is the mixture of the two first names of the initiators Real Madrid star David Alaba and his singing sister Rose May Alaba.
Haute cuisine made accessible to all
The dishes are mainly oriented towards Mediterranean and Asian cuisine with a pinch of Austrian. Particular attention is paid to the quality of the individual ingredients and each dish is matched to its components with great attention to detail. The kitchen team around world champion chef András Sebestyén have set themselves the goal of making the finesse and quality of haute cuisine accessible to everyone, both in terms of presentation and price level.
An ambience for all occasions
DaRose is surrounded by a spacious guest garden, which invites you to linger, especially in the warmer seasons.Upon entering the interior, the motto "moments to live, nights to remeber" catches the eye.The restaurant itself impresses with urban-modern furnishings that exude cosiness. The word feel-good is capitalised at DaRose, from the friendly service staff to the subtle background music to the solid wood tables and upholstered furniture.
Innovative cocktails
In addition to the food, the cocktails mixed by the in-house bartenders are a highlight of every evening - from fruity and light to solid and tart. The drinks also reflect the concept of the restaurant, from old favourites to ingenious new creations.
More than just a classic restaurant
DaRose Vienna offers space for a total of 140 people and can be adapted to individual requirements for company celebrations, theme evenings or Christmas parties, just like the food and drinks. The experienced team ensures that everything is done to perfection.And of course, the premises can also be used exclusively.
