Meet Eastern European TikTokers Who Make Fashion Go Viral

Even if TikTok wasn’t a platform, it would be a major influencer. Even its Instagram account has over 25 million followers. Impressive as that may be, it pales in comparison to the 800+ million users the app currently has. What makes it different from other apps is the extremely engaging and intuitive way to create video content.

It was built by an artificial intelligence company, not a social media network. At the end of the day, it is the people that make (or break) brands and trends. Coronavirus lockdown put extra spotlight and pressure on TikTok as a source of entertainment and “something to do”. Over forty percent of TikTokers are aged between 16 and 24 making this one of the youngest spaces online. Naturally, self-expression becomes cool currency, and fashion is still the most easily shared and understood language around the world. Here are some Eastern European fashion TikToker to get you clued in on the style potential of this global phenomenon.
