Baldinini launches the Arthur Arbesser x Baldinini capsule collection
Baldinini reinvents itself! The traditional Italian brand has not only adopted a new logo but is also opening up to new designers. To do so, it has brought on board the Milan-based Austrian designer Arthur Arbesser, who has taken the heart massage up a gear. And Baldinini is not the first long-established Italo brand to invite Arbesser on board: As recently as 2019, he was busy with new interpretations for Fay.
But let's get back to the shoes. Here, Baldinini has its own Capsule Collection at the start, which was presented at Pitti Uomo for autumn/winter 2022/2023. With it, Baldinini is stretching into international realms, which became apparent during the pandemic. At the same time, it is important for Christian Prazzoli, Baldinini's CEO, to adopt a "more contemporary" design image.
From sneakers with unbelievable design charm to pistol boots and lace-up boots, Baldinini has above all taken on the classics, which are given a makeover by Arbesser and thus testify to the fashion designer's all-around talent.
The new business strategy will then be rolled out in autumn 2022 at Milano Donna in this area as well. The shoe and accessories brand, which is based in San Mauro Pascoli in Romagna, is thus undergoing an image change in several stages, which is to bring further innovations that will, however, only be announced at a later date.
Arbesser, who has just attracted attention with his creations for the State Opera Ballet at this year's New Year's Concert, is once again making people sit up and take notice.
