You worked at Net-a-porter – how was this experience for you?

I was brought in to design the first magazine for Net-a-Porter. It was a
large project. It took three months to design the entire magazine from
front to back with Claudia Schiffer who was shot for the front. Working
with Natalie Massenet and the whole creative team was an unforgettable
experience and this was really when I saw the power of online, as you
could see what people were buying, how much had been sold and from all
around the world, it was truly an incredible insight into the world of
digital.

When did you first start actively using social media and why?

I began using Instagram in 2012 and I guess it’s very much like Art
Direction which is why I really loved the medium to use as a creative
outlet. Over the years I have worked and collaborated with many brands
and attended events all over the world.

You have partnered with many beauty brands such as Estee Lauder – is
beauty your preferred segment?

I have partnered with many luxury beauty brands, as well as those in fashion and lifestyle.

How do you maintain your looks, and brains? Do you have tips for our
readers?

I think it’s important to have a healthy lifestyle and look after
yourself. Drinking lots of water and wearing a sunscreen every day is
possibly the most important. I also like to take time for myself and I
read a lot.
