Shoe designer Amina Muaddi presents collection with Wolford

Austrian underwear and hosiery manufacturer Wolford is entering into a symbiosis with its latest collaboration that couldn't be more fitting: Shoe designer Amina Muaddi, who has become the "love child" of the international Instagram and fashion scene over the past two years, presents her first collection that just screams "post-COVID-19" trend: "Finally party again! Finally back to glamorous dinners with friends!"  

The outcome: "Elements" of for a seductive night: a black catsuit, a red dress, and, of course, pantyhose. Since the 1950s, the Vorarlberg-based company Wolford has stood for stylish femininity like no other company in Austria. This philosophy was of course also followed in the first Capsule Collection with Amina Muaddi. The Italian designer with Jordanian and Romanian roots, who lives in Paris, is an inspiration to many with her cosmopolitan lifestyle. Sensuality and expression of personality are key concerns for Muaddi. "For me, Wolford is the epitome of high-quality bodywear, the ultimate expression of femininity. With the brand collaboration, I immediately felt comfortable with the brand DNA. Creating timeless items that elevate the wearer's confidence - that's the vision I found at Wolford as well," says Amina Muaddi.

A total of 17 parts finally ended up in the collection, which carries the skin-to-skin appeal. Among the nine different tights and eight ready-to-wear models, which were made from a selection of premium materials such as latex, lace, viscose jersey, and eco-leather. The cuts of the legwear were also coordinated with the Muaddis shoes. 

The collection is available at Wolford online and at selected Wolford stores. In Paris, the collection can be found at Galeries Lafayette, in London at Selfridges, in Milan at Antonia, and in New York at Bergdorf Goodman.
