Chanel unveils its fall-winter 2021 “Ton sur Ton” make-up collection
It is with a tight and daring color vocabulary that the makeup studio of Chanel presents the fall-winter 2021 collection. In this new collection inspired by tone on tone and the Contour and Light technique, the products work in synergy, eyes to the tips of the nails, around four harmonies of shades as different as they are timeless: a warm gray, a shade of khakis, a terracotta inspired by natural tones as well as a burnished red. The goal? Illuminate the eyes while creating contrast, sophistication, with matte textures for the rest of the face.
With the Contour and Light technique, two gestures are enough to sublimate the look. The Ombre et Contour pen is first applied to the crease of the eyelid as well as to the level of the lower and upper lashes to define the look. Then the Ombre Première Lacquer in tone on tone is applied to the mobile eyelid to add a touch of radiance.
To accompany the look and reinforce the intensity of this eye duo, the nails are matched with Le Vernis: a blushed chocolate, a soft gray, a burnished terracotta red and an intense khaki brown.
Two new shades of Rouge Allure Velvet embody the collection: Low Key, a peachy pink, and Mode, a bold brick red.
As a final touch, Joues Constrastes, available in Ombre, structures the face.
