Where is the best champagne cellar of all time?

The house Dom Pérignon inaugurated, with great pomp, its new cellar between the walls of the Plaza Athénée, in Paris. And not just any, since it contains only a selection of flasks of (very) high-flying.

Champagne house of exception, exceptional place. It is in the mythical bar of the palace of the Avenue Montaigne that Dom Pérignon lays his suitcases, inaugurating a champagne cellar of a new kind. Far from a mere five-star reserve, it is a veritable ode to the know-how and assemblies of the French house, which is orchestrated under the moldings and contemporary sculptures of space. Thus, for the next thirty-six months, the Parisian establishment will host incredible transparent windows that protect the most beautiful bottles of the Champagne institution: some sixty rare bottles Dom Perignon - Vintage, P2, P3, Magnum, Jeroboam and Methuselah: white and pink. Aesthetic but dreamlike, we almost compare the installation to a reflection on the passing of time. Because, until then, it was almost impossible to admire, without having its own cellar, these exquisite juices get old while sipping a cocktail in a comfortable club chair. The rendezvous of hedonists and other fans of exceptional champagnes, without a doubt.
