Autumn is approaching in leaps and bounds, bringing new regional ingredients to our plates. Starting today, Chef de Cuisine Gerhard Bernhauer will present a seasonal tasting menu at SHIKI Fine Dining with the best seasonal and regional ingredients such as Hokkaido pumpkin roses, Marchfeld artichokes and local freshwater prawns.

The creations of the autumn menu reflect SHIKI's kitchen philosophy by bringing the best of Japan and Austria onto one plate. Thus pumpkin meets yuzu, artichokes meet edamame or even huchen meets kombu. As usual, the nature of each food is appreciated at SHIKI and its character is only underlined with spices - a kitchen philosophy that has already been recognized with a star from the Guide Michelin for 3 years.
