Pavyllon - Yannick Alléno's Starred Restaurant: In The Heart Of Monte Carlo
Yannick Alléno belongs to the elite circle of the greatest chefs in the world. He is an enthusiast dedicated to his passion for French cuisine. As of 2017, he is the only chef to oversee two three-star restaurants in France, Alléno Paris and Le 1947, at the Hotel Cheval Blanc Courchevel.
After a very successful season for the Alléno restaurant at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, the Monte Carlo Société des Bains de Mer is pleased to welcome Pavyllon to Monaco. The 1-star restaurant Pavyllon, created by the chef in 2019 in the Ledoyen pavilion, is now located in the heart of Monaco.
Pavyllon Monte-Carlo “Is the new place to be” and is now located at one of the best addresses in the city: the 5-star Hotel Hermitage.
As one of the “World's Leading Hotels”, the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo stands for luxury, tranquillity, and discretion. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the multi-faceted retreat offers an irresistible charm with an intimate atmosphere that makes it a true oasis of calm in the heart of Monaco. It is a dream hotel for a relaxing stay, with refined cuisine and absolute comfort.
Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, shakes the rules of fine traditional gastronomy: it combines the convivial atmosphere of a lounge with the informal and casual conversations of the bar.
Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer and Yannick Alléno decided to create Pavyllon Monte-Carlo to export its exquisite kitchen concept to the Côte d'Azur. The restaurant has two highlights: Guests who want to enjoy the spectacular sea view can sit on the leafy terrace. Inside, tables are arranged alongside the large glass windows in a room tastefully decorated by Chahan Minassian.
In this vibrant and lively place, the motto is transparency and serenity, detached from the typical rituals of classic gourmet restaurants.
A simple and progressive cuisine that invites you to taste: totally creative cold, hot or vegetarian dishes made mainly with local products. Various tasting menus are offered for gourmets: the 5-course Monte Carlo menu or the Hermitage menu, a tribute to the expertise of the kitchen chef.
.. Complemented by Jean-Luc Biamonti, Vice President of Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer.
Guests have a variety of spaces to choose from: counters, intimate seating areas, main dining rooms, private dining rooms or verdant terraces overlooking the sea – each offering a unique experience in its own way.
The Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo consists of a unique combination of 278 rooms plus junior suites, 22 suites and a selection of sumptuous luxury apartments - 12 diamond suites. Modern influences merge with the spirit of the Belle Époque and exude elegance and romance.
