The restaurant Hakkasan was established in London in 2001. Over the years, multiple restaurants around the world have opened in destinations such as Miami, Mumbai, Dubai or soon Istanbul. Hakkasan’s two locations in West London were awarded a Michelin star. The menu offers Cantonese cuisine featuring signature dishes like Grilled Chilean Seabass or Crispy Duck Salad.

Fancy some Chardonnay, Pinot Noir or Pinot Meunier with your authentic Cantonese dish? Then you’re lucky. Hakkasan London has teamed up with the English Sparkling Wine producer Nyetimber to create an even more exciting culinary experience. Nyetimber’s wines are solely made from estate-grown grapes and are considered one of England’s finest Sparkling Wines.

Both Hakkasan locations in West London – in Mayfair and Hanway Place - offer exclusive menus created by the two businesses. The collaboration is running until July 26th – time to book a table!

What's on the menu, you ask?

The menu exclusively created as part of the collaboration focuses on locally sourced British ingredients. Seasonality and provenance stand on the forefront. A glass of Nyetimber’s crisp Blanc de Blancs 2014 serves as a welcoming drink. What a way to start the exceptional culinary journey at Hakkasan in Bloom! Next on the menu is a selection of delicate dim sum to include specialties like Wagyu beef shui mai served with Bedfordshire black garlic. Other Ingredients featured in the first course like chicken are also sourced locally. Guests can moreover enjoy courses such as:

  • Crispy duck salad with pomelo, pine nuts & shallots
  • Grilled salmon in honey with baby broccoli
  • Stirfried rib eye beef with lily bulb, lotus root, dried chilli & shimeji mushroom

Exotic specialties also characterize the desserts, which include sea buckthorn sorbet & Thai basil foam. Everyone who loves tasting new foods will certainly enjoy the Cantonese cooking at Hakkasan!

And to finish the culinary experience off, Nyetimber’s Sparkling wines are available to purchase by the bottle.

Amazingly decorated, colourful floral arrangements enhance the already dreamy atmosphere at Hakkasan Mayfair and Hanway Place. As seen on the image below, bamboo and silk floral arrangements were installed along the iconic staircase at the Mayfair location.
