Guests will discover all uniquely designed art works during the two-hour Amsterdam Light Festival canal tour that will brighten up the getaway. Pulitzer's Christmas Tale, the delicious hot chocolate created by Pause at Pulitzer and the in-room delicacy will warm up the intimate winter days in Amsterdam.

Pulitzer's Christmas Tree will be back in the middle of the inner garden of the hotel.

Since the reopening of Pulitzer Amsterdam in 2016, the hotel has welcomed a spectacular Christmas Tree each December month in the middle of the inner gardens, one of Amsterdam's most characteristic spots.
 
On Monday the 9th of December, Pulitzer's Christmas Tree will be back in the inner gardens of the hotel. The beautifully decorated ten-meter-tall tree with shiny golden, pearl and pale pink baubles and thousands of lights can be admired in the garden between the 25 Golden Age canal houses.
 
To make sure everyone stays warm during the cold winter days, the gardens are equipped with heaters, blankets and heated pillows. Guests can also enjoy a seasonal cocktail in Pulitzer's Bar and a delicious Christmas dinner in restaurant Jansz.

Jansz. welcomes all guests these cozy winter days with a festive 4-course Christmas dinner. Enjoy your favorite classics with a modern twist like the beef carpaccio with truffle and lime, then; halibut with Jerusalem artichoke, beef wellington à la Jansz. and for dessert; cacao streusel with white chocolate. All guests receive a traditional "Christmas Cracker" when dining in Jansz.
 
Celebrating the merry season with the entire family? Jansz. offers the possibility for private dining in one of the festively decorated rooms with capacity for 8 to 100 people.

Guests can also enjoy festive dishes during New Year's Eve. The vitello tonnato, scallop with almond mayonnaise, entrecôte with rossini sauce and an open macaron with orange ice cream and tonka bean cream ensure a wonderful ending of the year and a warm welcome in 2020. End the evening with a sparkling cocktail in Pulitzer's Bar.

The Christmas and New Year's Eve menus can also be ordered in a vegan or vegetarian version. In addition, a special menu is created for the smallest ones, including a dessert creation with the chef.
