Dream wedding: Fendi heiress marries in traditional ceremony in Ibiza
Paola Fendi, one of the heiresses of the most traditional fashion houses and who bears her last name, took the altar with Aram Ahmed last weekend in an elegant and traditional ceremony in Ibiza (Spain). The event was attended by close friends and family of Paola.
Paola, who currently works as associate vice president at Christie's auction house, chose a Valentino couture dress to say the long-awaited "yes" - but of course, the bag choice was Fendi!
The choice of location, a 13th-century cathedral atop the Spanish island's old town, has all its charm. With a more rustic construction, the couple decided to make a corridor full of different types of white flowers to bring an extra atmosphere of romance to the wedding. To entertain guests, local singers performed.
After the church event, the reception was the black-tie style at the luxurious Atzaró hotel, where 250 people gathered for a dinner with DJs and violinists as guests mingled around a swimming pool.
The couple met in London and became engaged in 2019.
