Pharrell Williams tease his collaboration with Chanel

Last November, Pharrell Williams appeared in Bangkok for a replica Chanel Cruise 2018-2019 parade. Dressed in a yellow hoodie, logotyped with the famous intertwined letters of the French house, the American artist announced his collaboration for a capsule collection with the prestigious fashion house. Scheduled for this month of March, the rapper has just teaser the first pieces of this work on his account Instagram. The video teaser has been shared with its 11.9 million subscribers and features Pharrell himself and some of the favorite faces of the house, such as the American model Adesuwa Aighewi and the Australian-Sudanese Adut Akech.

Against a backdrop of dramatic violin, the short film progressively reveals the first pieces of this capsule collection imagined by Pharrell: flashy hoodies, huge pearl necklaces, ultra-long bathrobes and Chanel Pharrell stamped t-shirts named after this new collection. , are part of the pieces that can be seen in this teaser. A very streetwear-looking collection that will undoubtedly blend perfectly with the heritage and traditional know-how of the French fashion house. The pieces will be available from March 29 only in Seoul and then in the rest of the world from April 4th.
