Diana Fast: Beauty with Purpose

Diana Fast wears the crown — and stands for more than beauty. In this interview, Miss Universe Germany 2025 talks about courage, female empowerment, and her vision for a new generation of women.

Diana, you didn’t just win Miss Universe Germany with your charisma — you also impressed with a business pitch about mental health and financial independence. How did this idea come about, and why are these topics so important to you?

Diana Fast: "The idea wasn’t born from a business plan — it came from my own path. Everything I share today, I’ve lived through, questioned, and felt deeply myself. I’m not just Miss Universe Germany. I’m a mother, an entrepreneur, a coach, a woman who has moved through loss, transformation, and deep inner awakening.

Mental health and inner independence aren’t trends for me — they’re keys. They lead us back to who we truly are, when we start to think, feel, and act without fear, doubt, or society’s expectations.

There’s a question I ask myself every day: What would you do if you knew you’d win?
My answer is clear — I’d do exactly what I’m doing right now. Every morning, I remind myself: God wants me to win.

I regret nothing. I don’t mourn past failures. I know that if I changed even a single moment, I’d erase the woman I’ve become. The hardest times in my life were my greatest teachers — they didn’t just give me strength, but depth.

From these experiences, I’m currently creating a coaching product launching soon via Digistore24. It combines everything I once needed but had to build for myself over the years: deep healing, spiritual clarity, practical tools for personal growth — and above all, an awakening of what’s possible when a woman begins to trust her intuition.

I merge neuroscience, quantum physics, psychology, and spirituality — not as theory, but as a conscious lifestyle. It’s about guiding women back to their awareness, identity, inner order, and mental clarity. And now, as Miss Universe Germany, this crown is just another milestone on that path. A reminder of the light.
I wear it for all women — as proof that we are more than our fears, our doubts, or what the world expects of us. Standing in my light is a decision. An inner promise to never let circumstances define me. And when I shine, it’s proof that every woman can — if she has the courage to remember who she truly is."

As an influencer, mother, and entrepreneur, you navigate very different roles. How do you manage to stay authentic between glamour, daily life, and business focus?

Diana Fast: "Yes — these are very different worlds. One day I’m walking the red carpet in couture, the next morning I’m in the kitchen making porridge, wiping my child’s nose, and driving him to kindergarten. It’s a switch — but it’s honest. And I actually love these contrasts, because they make me whole.

Motherhood, especially, has given me a depth I sometimes missed in the glamour world. I carry so much unconditional love inside me — and my son is the one I get to give it to every day. He’s my treasure, my heart’s wish.

What might seem like a contradiction on the outside feels completely aligned on the inside. Because I don’t live roles — I live in my identity.

I don’t rely on external structures, but on something deeper: my faith, my discipline, and my inner guidance. I believe God provides everything I need — clarity, strength, and opportunities. And I know my son doesn’t just listen to my words — he watches my actions.

That’s why it’s important for me not just to tell him something, but to live it. To show him what it means to take responsibility for your dreams. I never stopped believing — even when it got tough. I never doubted. I didn’t look for excuses. In the end, those who never give up are the ones who win.

What carries me is my focus on what truly matters. I don’t listen to opinions — I listen to truth. To me, real happiness isn’t something external, it’s inner peace.
When I live in my authenticity, I’m in my highest frequency — and that’s when I attract everything meant for my purpose."

Your motto is: “When one of us shines, we all shine.” What does female empowerment mean to you personally — and how do you plan to bring this spirit to life in the digital world?

Diana Fast: "True strength doesn’t begin on the outside. It rises in silence, in self-awareness, in the decision to stop hiding. For me, female empowerment isn’t about rebellion — it’s about reconnection. A woman isn’t powerful because she stands against something, but because she lives in full alignment with her authenticity, guided by intuition. In clarity. In dignity. In her natural, spiritual order.

It’s not about taking over masculine roles or imitating dominance. We’re not a copy. We are origin. Women are cyclical, deep, intuitive, creative. We carry life. We carry wisdom. We are portals between worlds.

Empowerment is about returning to your own frequency. A woman who knows how to calm her nervous system, hold her energy, follow her intuition and lead with her heart develops a presence that radiates like a magnet.

Most importantly: she no longer seeks fulfillment outside herself — not in circumstances, not in outcomes, not in constant doing. Feminine energy doesn’t chase. It receives. What we, as women, need to remember is that true fulfillment comes from the connection with ourselves. From stillness, from trust, from inner abundance. When the outside no longer has to deliver, because the inside is already whole — that’s where true freedom begins.

“When one of us shines, we all shine” is not a vision — it’s a law. Energy moves in fields. Light — even in a quantum sense — expands, shifts frequencies, and impacts the entire system. A woman who fully steps into her light lifts the field around her. Her presence changes everything.

In the digital world, this means: not positioning, but presence. Not reacting, but aligning. I don’t share to convince — I share to remind. To awaken what already exists deep within every woman. Because truth doesn’t need an explanation. It can be felt. Clearly. Unshakably."

Fashion and lifestyle are, for many women, an expression of self-confidence. What role does fashion play for you, and how does it reflect your attitude and personality?

Diana Fast: "I love aesthetics. I love femininity. I love facets. Fashion, to me, is so much more than appearance — it’s expression, emotion, energy.

What I wear often mirrors the way I align myself internally. I don’t see clothing as a disguise, but as an extension of my frequency. Sometimes powerful, sometimes sensual — always intentional.

I deeply admire the female body in all its depth — its shape, its softness, its strength. Fashion allows me to celebrate exactly that. Not out of vanity, but out of appreciation.

When I dress, it’s not to please others, but to honor the woman I’ve become. My clothes remind me that strength can be soft, that clarity can be beautiful, and that vision deserves to be seen.

True elegance begins within. A dress alone changes nothing — but the energy you bring into it can change everything."
