Discover the Tie-Dye patterns of the Dior Fall 2020 collection

Maria Grazia Chiuri reinterprets this iconic pattern of the seventies, while retaining elements of elegance and remaining faithful to the heritage of the house.

Also in autumn, we focus on statements, that is if you are ready to look chic and also a little retro! Because Dior has officially included one of the hottest motifs of the year in its latest Ready-to-Wear collection.

Tie-Dye is a unique dyeing technique and shows exceptional savoir-faire. It is a combination of knotting, twirling and dipping the fabric into a vat of colour. A craftsmanship that fits very well with Dior and its couture.

Long dresses, skirts and short-sleeved shirts are dyed in a palette of fascinating shades ranging from pink to deep red, navy blue and khaki.

For this autumn 2020 collection, Maria Grazia Chiuri has initiated an approach that is daring in its simplicity: questioning the very meaning of fashion. She is thus in direct dialogue with the Dior codes and reinterprets motifs that are close to the Creative Director's heart, such as tie-dye dyeing.

The hypnotic designs also unfold on stunning accessories, including the famous Saddle Bag, as well as irresistible bob hats.

As a result of constantly renewed research and experimentation, fabrics with this surprising and unique character have become the emblem of the house.
