Swiss meets the American West in the legend of the curling cowboys. Alpine heritage is reimagined with a California spirit. Respected <a href="https://www.lofficiel.at/en/fashion/form-follows-coolness-moose-knuckles-prepares-us-for-winter" target="_blank" rel="noopener">winter forms</a> meet unexpected details: think collegiate logos, stitched motifs and luxurious plays on texture.

Ever since the Curling Boot graced the feet of the Swiss Olympic team in Cortina d'Ampezzo, it has been a <a href="https://www.bally.co.uk/en_gb/home" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Bally</a> staple. The distinctive <a href="https://www.lofficiel.at/en/fashion/chanel-coco-neige-the-campaign-is-an-animated-artwork" target="_blank" rel="noopener">apr&egrave;s-ski</a> style with its cushioning rubber sole and toe reinforced with Arctic Grip&reg; technology has evolved over the decades into a stylish, versatile and durable boot for all seasons.

Reinventing the curling shoe as part of a full-blown ready-to-wear and <a href="https://www.lofficiel.at/en/tags/accessoires" target="_blank" rel="noopener">accessories</a> vision, the limited-edition capsule collection is inspired by the visual collision of Swiss Alpine tradition with cowboy and varsity codes.

Bally's new creative director <a href="https://www.forbes.com/profile/rhuigi-villasenor/?sh=3a51c7bb1c47" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Rhuigi Villase&ntilde;or</a> hails from LA and harnesses the playful spirit of the American West in the collection. He applies this to the principles of winter sports, creating a new transatlantic dialogue between decoration and materiality. In "Curl Curl Baby", a short film depicting a curling match between two opposing teams, the luxurious, graphic spirit of the capsule is brought to life against the stunning backdrop of St Moritz, Switzerland.
