HANRO x REBEKKA RUÉTZ Autumn Winter 2023
Discover the new HANRO x REBEKKA RUÉTZ Autumn Winter 2023 collection presented at Berlin Fashion Week.
HANRO presents the latest lingerie creations and timeless basics to complete the "braveNEWworld" collection by Austrian designer Rebekka Ruétz at Berlin Fashion Week. Fashionable bralettes and trendy high-waist briefs highlight the looks on the runway, which the designer has created from old skiwear, ribbon remnants and interior fabrics.
"Through this wonderful cooperation with HANRO, a long-cherished wish of mine has come true. We are united by the demand to guarantee the highest quality and to create sustainable products that make our customers happy," says designer Rebekka Ruétz about the collaboration.
Quality and sustainability
Inspired by the constant thought of making her collections more sustainable and working with existing resources, the designer created "braveNEWworld", a completely recycled collection that focuses on honest, simple solutions:
"Buy less, waste less, repair more".
In the 34 outfits, beautiful and high-quality basics meet the usual skilful material compositions that create an unruly look through optical effects and embellishments. Protective and functional silhouettes merge with lush textures, twisted layers, and decorative and extravagant designs. Rich shades and varied textures create an illusory tension.

In doing so, she addresses the imperative to make the fashion industry more sustainable and advocates social responsibility and adherence to high quality and environmental standards. "We are very pleased to be working with Rebekka Ruétz as we share the same values in terms of best quality, unique, timeless design and longevity - true to the motto buy less, buy better," says HANRO Managing Director Stephan Hohmann.
