How to get a perfect manicure @home

Terrified of trying to do the manicure yourself? Just do it! A small guide

The perfect manicure begins ... the night before, with a hand scrub followed by a generous compress of nourishing cream (or the classic 8 Hours of Arden), to be absorbed all night using protective cotton gloves. Aren't you so perfectionist? However, start with the scrub, and remove any traces of previously applied nail polish with the solvent. Decide on the shape and length to be given to the nail and proceed to cut and file until a homogeneous result is achieved. Just push the cuticles back with the wooden stick, without ever cutting them. And now place yourself on a flat surface in front of the computer or TV with your favorite series, because for a good result it is essential not to be in a hurry. Apply the base coat, let it dry for a couple of minutes, and then apply the color, with a vertical brush stroke in the center and then 2 on the sides, so as to cover the entire surface. The brush should be cleaned of excess nail polish before touching the nail. Wait 10 minutes before applying the second layer. Always finish with the top coat, to be reapplied every day, together with a more softening product for the cuticles. Leave to dry with your hands still for 30/40 minutes. Any smudges of nail polish on the fingers should be erased at the end with a cotton swab soaked in solvent.
