Timeless, minimalist and vegan - the label "pawpow" brings a breath of fresh air into the world of dog accessories with designer extras for your furry friend.

Life without their beloved four-legged friend is hardly imaginable for most people. In addition to regular cuddling sessions, caring for dogs requires above all a lot of exercise and company. But especially if you live in the big city, it is often a challenge to reconcile the dog's needs with the various everyday situations at work and in private. <a href="https://www.pawpow.store/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">pawpow</a> founders Aylin Hinz and Sarah Ahlf from <a href="https://www.lofficiel.at/en/tags/berlin" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Berlin</a> have therefore set themselves the goal of bringing dog accessories to market that perfectly fit the complex, urban lifestyle - stylish, vegan and without compromise. In addition to a modern, timeless <a href="https://www.lofficiel.at/en/tags/design" target="_blank" rel="noopener">design</a>, the main focus of all products is on durability and comfort for the dog. More trendy colours are planned for the coming months, as well as elegant products that make urban life with a dog stylishly easier.

For the launch, the range includes a leash and a collar in a minimalist design made of vegan leather, high-quality aluminium and stainless steel. The vegan leather, also called BioThane&reg;, is weatherproof and tearproof, UV-resistant, antibacterial, can be cleaned without any problems and is a particularly sustainable option in dog accessories thanks to its long durability. All products in the range are edge-painted, a high-quality process from the leather industry in which the open cut edges are sealed by hand and with extreme precision. The round handle made of aluminium is also extra light and, in combination with the leash, ensures a timelessly elegant look. The range is available in a total of four trend colours for the launch: Black, Olive, Coral and Red, with other colours such as Royal Blue, Aqua and Pigeon. All products are handmade in cooperation with a Berlin workshop that promotes the professional and social integration of people with disabilities.

Aylin Hinz and Sarah Ahlf have lived in the capital Berlin for almost 9 years. After completing a degree in fashion design and communication design, and while working together in the marketing department of a Berlin start-up for premium handbags, the desire to found their own company grew. Both shared a passion for design and their dogs and noticed that there were hardly any products on the market in the field of dog accessories that met their demands for high quality and style. Without further ado, they decided to use their know-how to create their own products. In addition to the two founders, the team currently includes a photographer and a 3D designer and is therefore strongly female in its founding phase.
